Started triathlon in 2018 at the age of 26, with no background in swimming, cycling or running.
Raced internationally as an age grouper, finishing on the podium at the 2025 IRONMAN World Championship in Kona and placing 7th there in 2023. Back-to-back overall winner of the All Japan Miyakojima Triathlon.
Turned professional in 2026 and made her pro debut at IRONMAN New Zealand in March.
